An IACC-certified venue with 6,000m² of pillarless exhibition space, an Conference Hall seating 1,500 in plenary configuration, and twelve breakout rooms for parallel sessions. Free WiFi throughout, charging stations in every hall, and a quiet room on Level 1.
The venue sits in the heart of Broadbeach, directly opposite the G:link light rail, with the beach a five-minute walk to the east.

Most delegates need a visa for Australia.
Most visitors to Australia require either an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or a Visitor Visa (subclass 600) for short stays. ETAs can be applied for online and are typically issued within 48 hours; visitor visas can take 4 — 6 weeks.
