Travel grants for graduate students.
The APCOT Travel Grant Programme supports graduate students from across the Asia-Pacific region with subsidised registration and accommodation. The total number of grants for 2028 will be confirmed closer to the conference. Applications open with the abstract acceptance notifications.

When does registration open?
Registration opens on 1 December 2027. Early-bird pricing closes 30 April 2028. Standard pricing applies from 1 May until on-site.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and institutional bank transfer (AUD only). All fees are inclusive of 10% GST.
Can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at the same institution at no charge.
Is a visa required to enter Australia?
Most international delegates require either an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or a Visitor Visa. The secretariat can provide a letter of invitation on request. See the Venue & travel page.
What does the banquet involve?
The conference banquet is held at SeaWorld’s Buffet Dinner Cruise on the evening of Tuesday 27 June. Coach transfer is included. Smart-casual or theme attire.
